Barber Pumps Ltd, was established in Preston in 1982 by Steve Barber and his late father Jim. Jim Barber was a well respected `Pump Man` and had spent his entire life in the Pumping Industry in both design and management roles.

Jim has now sadly passed away. The future care of the Company is in the hands of Steve Barber.MD and Steve Gallacher the Sales Manager.

Steve Barber was originally a time served heating engineer with a vast knowledge of the various industries that have come to depend on the company`s expertise, including the needs of:

Steve Gallacher has a broad commercial background in Management,Sales and Plant Engineering and provides the perfect balance. Together we provide our customers with the best advice for their particular problem or needs with the main emphasis of the business `To supply all of our customers with Service levels above and beyond that which is expected as normal`.
